Why can I say that?
Because this blog was created to bring a message of encouragement and help you learn how to succeed online. My wife nicknamed me “The Encourager”, because she said I’m always trying to encourage others to stay focused on their dreams and never give up.The information you will have access to will literally change how you see marketing and how you do business.
So Who is Carl Randolph anyway?
I’m just like you, a person who had big dreams and goals; a person who wanted to provide the best for his family. I met a gentleman several years ago that introduced me to the concept of time compounding and time leveraging. If you learn the right technique, you can take your business to the next level.
One night I was looking and searching for a new way to take my business to the internet. I found a young entrepreneur on the internet and he started to teach me how to use the newest Web 2.0 techniques to get FREE leads and drive massive traffic to my websites, supposedly without having to spend a single dime on advertising. Well, I did spend some money…no, I spent a lot of money! It always seemed like it was one more DVD set, another e-book series, or another online course to pay for before I would have the total picture. If you know what I’m talking about, keep reading.
I’ve worked in the IT field for over 29 years now and I hated getting up every morning to go to work (but I had to feed my family). I took a psychology test in college and it said I would be good in computers and that is how I got into the computer field. As time went on I got stuck. (Can you relate?) However, it is ironic now, because the very field I hated so much is the same field where I will finally accomplish all my dreams and goals.
I had to get encouragement myself.
I do thank GOD for my wife because as much as I love to encourage others, for a short time I went through a period where I really needed encouragement. I decided to go the traditional route and start an investment real estate business. But after losing money and being ripped off, I just settled into corporate America and did my job.
I’m not a job hopper; however, in 2006, after 10 years of service, they had a RIF. So, I had to move on to another company and after a year, they also had a RIF. Both companies were bought out by bigger companies and they didn’t need two IT departments. However, my wife was right by my side letting me know everything would be OK. That’s what I needed, just to know she still believed in me.
If you can feel where I’m coming from because you have been there, just remember, it is not you, that is just the way it is sometime. Just have a “Plan B” just in case.
Ok then, what changed?
You may ask yourself, “Well Carl, what changed?” After the 2nd RIF I started to pray, because I knew there had to be a better way. One day I was talking to a good friend of mine of almost 20 years, and he mentioned something about a business opportunity on the web. I was at a very low point in my life and very skeptical, but a friend of mine named Johnny gave me some information that changed my point of view forever. After doing my due diligence I realized this was one of the best business opportunities I’d ever seen in my life!
Folks in this life you will never know who or what will make an impact in your future.
After many, many years of experience and seeing and doing everything you could imagine to build my business, I always felt I could l compound my time better from the net. Now I do both methods (but the offline way is much easier now because I have leads coming in on the online site).
All you need is the right system and right mentors. We believe me have that system in place for you to succeed utilizing the Web 2.0 technology for marketing online.
